Returns & Claims
We gladly accept returns on orders within 14 days upon receiving the goods. Please contact our Customer service department. All items must still be unworn and all tags attached. All shipping charges including the cost of delivery and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all Swimwear’s, bodysuit, sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sales.

Damages and Claims
Please inspect your new merchandise immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, email our customer service department including "DAMAGE CLAIM" in the subject line and let us know what went wrong. You must contact HELEN ORTIZ within 24 hours of receipt to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, HELEN ORTIZ will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service listed at the incorrect price. HELEN ORTIZ will have the right to limit the number of items purchased through our website. HELEN ORTIZ will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HELEN ORTIZ will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
